You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;

2. The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, in the same condition as it was received;

3. The product must be returned with attached tags (or protective coverings), including all accessories or accompanying items;

4. We do not process exchanges for products with sizes unsuitable for the customer. The measurements of our products are provided in centimeters to prevent size selection errors. As per the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the seller to offer exchanges for reasons such as consumer regret regarding the color, size, model, or any other circumstance.

IMPORTANT:

Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send an email to contact.allonlines@gmail.com and provide:

1. Product name;

2. Order number;

3. Email used for the purchase;

4. Reason for exchange or return;

5. VIDEO SHOWING THE DEFECT

Once all aspects of the return are confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and reimburse you for the product and shipping costs.

FORMS OF REIMBURSEMENT

• Credit Card Refund: The refund may take up to two billing cycles after the return is processed by the payment gateway.

• E-Transfer: Transfer to the customer’s account, which can be completed within 10 business days after the return is confirmed.
