II - Regarding the Buyer
4. The services are available only to individuals who have full legal capacity to contract. Therefore, individuals under 18 years of age or affected by other incapacities described in Articles 3 and 4 of the Brazilian Civil Code, unless duly represented or assisted, cannot register.
5. The All Onlines does not provide services to legal entities, limiting its services to individuals.
6. The “BUYER” commits to providing their personal data truthfully and accurately, updating it whenever necessary.
7. The All Onlines is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the “BUYER,” with the buyer being fully responsible for its content.
8. The All Onlines may verify the registration data provided by the “BUYER” at any time. If any discrepancies or inaccuracies are found, the (store) may block the “BUYER” until the issue is resolved.
III - Provided Service
9. The All Onlines is a website designed to mediate the purchase and sale of imported products, earning compensation for each “transaction” carried out.
10. The All Onlines limits its operations to mediating purchases between individuals and does not act as an importer for individuals or companies.
11. Services provided by the All Onlines are charged based on a percentage aligned with the transaction amount.
12. The All Onlines is not a supplier of any products listed on its website. Its role is limited to facilitating the meeting between “BUYERS” and products from national and international suppliers.
13. The “INTERMEDIARY” is not responsible for the direct, indirect, or incidental losses related to the services provided, as it only facilitates the transaction.
IV - Buyer’s Capacity
14. The services provided by the “INTERMEDIARY” are available only to individuals who are legally capable of contracting.
15. The “INTERMEDIARY” does not conduct transactions with “BUYERS” who lack full legal capacity, as provided for by the Canadian Civil Code.
V - Modifications to Terms and Conditions
16. The “INTERMEDIARY” reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, aiming to improve services. New terms will take effect 10 days after publication on the website. If the “BUYER” does not agree with the updates, they may terminate their contract.
VI - Advertised Products and Liability Limitations
17. The “BUYER” acknowledges that the “INTERMEDIARY” does not store or own the products listed on its website; they are available from external suppliers.
18. The “BUYER” agrees that the “INTERMEDIARY” is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to using the service.
19. Under applicable laws, the “INTERMEDIARY” is not responsible for lost profits or special damages related to services.
20. The “INTERMEDIARY” does not guarantee the quality or authenticity of products or services purchased through its platform.
21. The “INTERMEDIARY” does not guarantee the quality of the products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained by the “BUYER.” The “INTERMEDIARY” does not issue refunds.
Payment of Fees
22. The “BUYER” is responsible for all applicable taxes resulting from product purchases. Additional fees may be added to products and services.
Privacy and Data Protection
23. The (store) is committed to protecting the personal information of “BUYERS.” By using the service, the “BUYER” agrees to the collection and use of their data as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
